1. Services Provided

Buffalo Property Inspections provides professional home inspection services in accordance with industry standards and applicable Texas regulations. Inspections are limited to visible and accessible areas at the time of the inspection. We do not provide warranties or guarantees on the future condition of any property.

2. Use of Inspection Reports

Inspection reports are prepared exclusively for the client who engages our services. They are intended to provide an overview of the property’s condition at the time of inspection. Reports may not be copied, sold, or distributed without our written consent. Buffalo Property Inspections is not responsible for any third-party reliance on its inspection reports.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled online or by contacting our office. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us promptly. Buffalo Property Inspections reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for inspections canceled without adequate notice.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept approved forms of payment as listed on our website. Failure to provide payment may result in withholding of inspection reports until payment is received.

5. Limitations of Liability

Our inspections are visual, non-invasive assessments of the property on the inspection date. We are not responsible for:

Hidden or inaccessible defects
Future conditions or system failures
Environmental hazards (mold, radon, asbestos, etc.) unless specifically contracted for as an ancillary service
Costs of repairs, replacements, or improvements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buffalo Property Inspections’ liability is limited to the fee paid for the inspection.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are encouraged to attend the inspection and ask any questions they may have. It is the client’s responsibility to review the inspection report in full and make informed decisions about repairs, negotiations, or further evaluations.
